Ry Cooder - Bop Till You Drop (1979)
EAC | FLAC | Image (Cue&Log) ~ 262 Mb (incl 5%) | Mp3 (CBR320) ~ 141 Mb (incl 5%) | Scans included

Bop till You Drop is Ry Cooder's eighth album, released in 1979. This was the first major-label digitally recorded album of Pop music. The album consisted almost entirely of covers of earlier R&B and rock'n'roll classics, including Elvis Presley's "Little Sister" and the 1965 Fontella Bass-Bobby McClure hit "Don't Mess Up a Good Thing", on which Cooder duetted with soul star Chaka Khan, who also performed on the only original track on the album, "Down in Hollywood".

Crabby Appleton - Rotten To The Core! (1971) [Reissue 2002]
EAC Rip | FLAC: Tracks+Cue+Log | 263 Mb | MP3 CBR 320 kbps | 114 Mb | Scans | Time: 34:36
Genre: Rock, Power Pop, Boogie Rock | Label: Collectors' Choice Music | Cat.№: CCM-286-2

Crabby Appleton's Rotten to the Core -- the title of which, no doubt, comes from lyrics once sung by the villainous Crabby Appleton character on the Tom Terrific cartoon show: "My name is Crabby Appleton/I'm rotten to the core" -- was released in October 1971. The band's second album, and last as a group, captures them reaching out to find a sound of their own, veering off into boogie rock and heavier Zeppelin-esque romps, twice removed from the plaintive power pop and conga-driven rock of their debut.

Japanese Re-release featuring a Bonus Track: Melancholy Mechanics. One Hot Minute is the sixth studio album by Red Hot Chili Peppers, released on September 12, 1995, on Warner Bros. Records. The worldwide success of the band's previous album, Blood Sugar Sex Magik (1991), caused guitarist John Frusciante to become uncomfortable with their status, eventually quitting mid-tour in 1992. One Hot Minute was the only album that guitarist Dave Navarro recorded with the band.

The Rolling Stones - It's Only Rock'n Roll (1974)

Classic Rock | Remastered | Scans(png, 600dpi) -> 258 Mb

It's uneven, but at times It's Only Rock 'n Roll catches fire. The songs and performances are stronger than those on Goats Head Soup; the tossed-off numbers sound effortless, not careless....

UFO - Covenant (2000) (Limited Edition)
Rock | 2cd | EAC Rip | Flac + Cue + Log | covers
Steamhammer, SPV 087-21892 | rel: 2000 | 665Mb

This release by hard rock favorites UFO is actually a two-disc set. The first disc consists of new material while disc two is a live album. The new studio material finds many of the old UFO sounds and trademarks, but is perhaps a bit rawer, both in terms of production and performance. In many ways, the new tracks feel a lot like they might have been leftovers from the previous CD, the brilliant Walk on Water. This one should certainly please longtime fans of the band, but probably is not a good introduction to the group.

Sweet - Identity Crisis (1982)
Rock | 1cd | EAC Rip | Flac + Cue + Log | covers
Repertoire REP 4204-WP | rel: 1992 | 260Mb

Yes, this was The Sweet's last studio album, released originally only in Germany; that much is true. However, to say that it was their worst album is ludicrous. This album showed that Sweet, once again, was changing musical directions, as well as remaining true to their rocking ways. "New Shoes", and "Two into One" are prime examples of the Sweet's attempts at making inroads at the, then popular, New Wave genre, just as the title song and others, such as, "I Wish You Would" show them to be true to form.

Blues Rock | MP3 CBR 320 kbps | 76:36 min | 186 MB + 5% Recovery
Label: in-akustik HD | Tracks: 15 | Rls.date: 2015

For 38 years they are on stage, have played nearly 4,000 concerts in 14 countries and 26 albums released these figures, the Blues Company are quite impressive and make it clear that the musicians have influenced decisively in Germany mastermind Todor Todorovic the blues. But even more impressive than these raw numbers the way, as Todorovic, the whole world just called Tosho the blues with his men on stage is celebrated. Tosho making the guitar with his sparkling, elegant rounds flying, his distinctive voice gives the song its distinctive expression.

Hanoi Rocks was a Finnish hard rock band formed in 1979, whose most successful period came in the early 1980s. The band broke up in 1985 after their drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley died in a car accident a year earlier. Original members vocalist Michael Monroe and guitarist Andy McCoy reunited in 2001 and were active with the new line-up of Hanoi Rocks until 2009. In the 80s, Hanoi Rocks were the most successful Finnish band internationally and are still popular in the United States, Japan, and the UK. They were also one of the first rock bands to tour in Asia, and were the first western rock band to play in Delhi. Hanoi Rocks' albums have sold between 780,000 and 1,000,000 copies around the world.

Black Train Jack - No Reward (1993) + You're Not Alone (1994)
EAC | FLAC+CUE+LOG or MP3 CBR 320 | Complete Scanwork | 322+327 or 109+100 MB
NY Hardcore Scene / Alternative Metal / Punk Rock | Roadrunner Records # 9070-2 + 9017-2

As early 90s NYHC ventured into melodicism, Black Train Jack was born. Frequenting CBGB's and making a name for themselves alongside the likes of CIV and influenced by The Descendents, the band took their name from a Rollins Band song called "Wreck-age"... In 1993 the New York Hardcore scene was a wasteland of hyper-negative head stomp music. Tattooed tough guys and weekend warriors ruled the scene. Anyone who ventured outside the walls of Cro-Mags/Corrosion Of Conformity was likely beaten on the dance floor. Harmony was the farthest thing from anyone's mind. Then came Black Train Jack. These guys didn't care about pretense, the NYHC zeitgeist, or being perceived as "soft" -- they just wanted to make good music. Harmony replaced hatred and BTJ changed the scene for the rest of the 90's.

Elton John once claimed that he could remember The One among his latter-day albums because it was the first he recorded without drugs or alcohol. If true -- and there's no reason to doubt him -- that could be the reason why this has more character than most of his albums since the early '80s, holding together well in its deliberately measured, mature songcraft by Elton and Bernie Taupin...
